Will Storage

Where should I keep my Will?

Your Will is one of the most important documents in your life, and although having copies is a good idea, keeping the original at home could lead to it getting damaged, or even lost.

Remember that only the original can be used as a valid and legally binding document and the smallest of marks, tears, or discolouration can actually be used to invalidate it.

Through partnership with Kings Court PLC, Wills and Trusts have access to a secure document storage site. Your Will can be kept safe there and allocated a unique identity number which would allow immediate access should you need to make any amendments to the Will, or in the event of your death.

We are happy to arrange your secure storage even if you already have a Will.
